How to add POP3 Email Accounts in Outlook Express
- Set up your email accounts in your Cpanel first (see knowledgebase article above this one).
- Open Outlook Express.
- Go to the Tools menu and click Accounts.
- In the Internet Accounts box, click Add and select Mail.
- The Internet Connection Wizard will open. Enter your name and click Next.
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- For "My Incoming mail server is a" select POP3.
- For "Incoming mail server" use: mail.yourdomain.com. (replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name.)
- For "Outgoing mail server" use: mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name) and click Next.
- For "Account Name", enter your entire email address.
- For "Password" enter your password, check "Remember Password" and click Next.
- Click on Finish and Close.
